Calm Home w/ Great Location and Beautiful Sunroom - Arcata

Our place is a two-story house ideally located right across the street from Arcata Community Forest. From here you only need a 2-min drive to get to Cal Poly Humboldt University. Close to Arcata city center, where you can explore the Farmer's Market at the plaza every Saturday.

(*Please include your pets in the booking* ) We allow up to two pets per stay, with a pet fee. No pets are allowed on furniture.

The total price includes a 10% short-term rental tax that’s required by the city.

Second floor: living room, full kitchen , dining area, sun room; 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 full bathrooms. There are a total of 15 stairs to get to the second floor.

First floor: living room, kitchenette, 1 full bed, 1 full bathroom, pool table, arcade game. This floor is accessible from the garage without stairs.

The indoor fireplaces are NOT currently available for use.

We have a baby gate at the top of the stairs. Some baby supplies (high chair, stroller, rocking horse, pack n’ play, switch covers can be found around the house or upon asking).
