About this place
Ca' del Porto is a typical stone house, full of charm, very cozy, located in the center of Marano Lagunare, a short walk from the port and the lagoon.
The location is perfect for those who want to experience the authentic village: everything is within walking distance – restaurants, bars, shops, walks on the canal.
It is the ideal starting point to explore the Friulian lagoon, take boat trips, go on bike tours, taste the local cuisine or simply relax in a unique and quiet place.
The space
Upon arrival of Ca' del Porto, there is free parking and the main entrance of the house that leads directly to the dining room: a collected but well-kept space, the warm heart of the house, with wooden beams, exposed stone walls, round table, sofa and sideboard and a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped: sink, induction stove, microwave, kettle, dishes, plates, glasses, knives , pots, etc., everything you need to cook simple things. Glasses, cutlery, children's saucers, high chair, and cot.
The house has a small private outdoor courtyard, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, lunches, or dinners, where there is also a second independent entrance to the house.
Although the house is on two floors and relatively small, it has two bathrooms, one of which is small, both equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, to ensure greater convenience during your stay.
Upstairs there is a bright attic double bedroom, with a wooden ceiling, white walls with stone inserts, and an elegant wrought iron bed. The vintage decor and rustic details create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The room opens to a private terrace, ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets and aperitifs.
Guest access
You can use the ground floor and the first floor, you cannot use the attic
