Welcome to our luxurious 2BR apartment in Burj Crown, Downtown Dubai, featuring breathtaking Burj Khalifa views from the comfort of your stay. Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, and walking distance to Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar, Dubai Opera, restaurants, and top attractions—perfect for business and leisure travelers.

The apartment features contemporary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom includes a king-size bed.

The spacious open-plan dining and sitting area, complete with satellite TV, is perfect for unwinding after a day exploring The Dubai Mall, which is just a 12-minute walk away. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning skyline views. The living area is bright and airy, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the space.

You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. We also provide complimentary tea and coffee to get you started.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.
⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
