Buckhorn Blue Luxury Waterfront Cottage w/Hot Tub

New build waterfront home is perfect for family getaways, situated directly on 160 ft of waterfront on Buckhorn Lake with endless fun & possibilities. Boasting a hot tub, 30 foot upper deck with glass rail that lights up BLUE at night, beach volleyball, small 20 foot wide beach area, 4 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, a paddle boat, a running river dining table for 10, 16 ft liv. rm ceilings, master bedroom walkout to deck & breathtaking water view from each bedroom.

There are 5 outdoor seating areas with 2 decks on 1.3 acres of private waterfront.

Cottage is 5,000 square, 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 washroom, laundry on site, with a walkout basement with Rec Room. Game area contains a pool table, ping pong, karaoke, poker table, and foosball. This is a waterfront bungalow with a full walkout lower level onto 70+ foot deck.

Hot tub open year round, with upper deck allowing for use even during rain or snowfall.

Boat house, dock and fire pit at waterfront. There is NO need to bring your own wood, everything is on site. BBQ located on lower level at gazebo lounging area.

30 foot dock available for docking (May long weekend to October long weekend)

Water trampoline is available from for the months of June, July, August and September only.

Kayaks, SUP's and paddle boat are available: May long weekend to October long weekend.

Bunkie/Boat house at waters edge is open from May - Sept where you fill find life jackets.

Great room TV has Bell Satellite TV & Chromecast.

Rec room TV - 75", & Chromecast

ATV trailers 20 minutes north at Flynn's Corner.

Wifi - Starlink

Cottage is also equipped with a backup generator.
