The basement is furnished with RGB lights, Neon artwork and has a cute lounge area where you can unwind and have a cup of coffee. Kitchen includes all the necessities you need for cooking, as well as a convenient Keurig machine for all your brewing needs.

Please be aware that this is a SHARED basement with a SHARED washroom, and be mindful of occasional noise throughout the day.

The guest will be provided with a private key for their bedroom to ensure privacy. The kitchen, washroom, and lounge area are all shared and the guest will have free access to the space and may use it as they like.
