A welcoming 2 bedrooms quite spacious on the first floor of a very nice closed condominium.
In the interior part of the building there is a garden a sun bathing area with some practical and beautiful shades around and a swimming pool that you can freely use.
The building is on the best road of the village of Santa Maria where all the main hotels are and it is practically in second line from the sea. In 5 minutes walking across the street you are on the beach
This is a very comfortable and cozy apartment with all you need for a self catering vacation.
Very well localized in terms of reaching the town of Santa Maria and the most beautiful beach of the island of Sal.
We have the office very near he apartment and 1 person always available (during working time) for the guests needs if pertinent to our kind of rentals.
These apartments buildings are on the nicest boulevard of the village of Santa Maria where all the main hotels are (The Hilton, etc.).
It is a very safe and nice area to hang around and to come back safely after a fun night in to the village.
You can reach any place in Santa Maria village walking from 5 to 15 minutes.
We sell self catering vacation.
Included in the price is:
- 1 bottle of water
- 1 toilet paper roll per each bathroom
- Cleaning before arrival using latest protocols
- Cleaning after departure using latest protocols
- Use of linens and towels previously washed respecting the latest protocols (no beach towels provided)
- We change the towels and linens once a week. Each guest should have at least 2 towels (1 big and 1 medium) available for the week.
- Laundry after departure
- Water and energy consumption up to 3 weeks. For rentals of 1 month and above utilities must be paid by the guests
- If you want cleanings during your stay they cost 30 euro each.
- Free WIFI for maximum 2 weeks after it costs 3 euro per day
- Use of common swimming pools
