Just 5 minutes from the centre of Riposto, you can stroll along the picturesque marina and the seafront promenade, full of restaurants, pizzerias and pubs where you can enjoy local specialities. The strategic location will allow you to easily explore some of Sicily's most iconic destinations, such as Taormina, Catania and the majestic Mount Etna, whose imposing profile can be seen directly from our garden.
The flat, approximately 50 sqm, is located within a villa but guarantees maximum privacy thanks to its independent access and free private parking. The kitchen opens onto a private outdoor area, perfectly equipped with deckchairs, sofas and a table for pleasant outdoor lunches or dinners. There are also some areas shared with the owner, who is always discreet and available for any need.
Perfectly connected, the villa is only 30 minutes from Catania airport, a 10-minute walk from the Giarre-Riposto railway station and the circumetnea railway, and just a 5-minute walk from the marina. The area offers all kinds of services: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and an excellent fish market with fresh fish every day.
