The 100 m2 villa, located in the seaside resort of Le Pouldu in South Finistère, awaits you with open arms for an unforgettable seaside holiday.

You'll love the Villa's architecture, inspired by the "Le Corbusier" style, and its modern comforts offering a level of equipment not often found in holiday rentals (dishwasher, espresso machine, WIFI, new bedding, etc.).

You'll enjoy a lovely living room opening onto a south-facing wooden terrace overlooking the garden and not overlooked. Garden furniture awaits you for aperitifs, meals or coffee with friends and family...

Within a 2-minute walk, all the facets of Brittany will be revealed to you, which makes the location of the Villa unique: each outing from the Villa will introduce you to new landscapes, admiring the force of the Ocean from the top of the cliffs, the gentleness of the sandy mouth of the Laïta, or the authenticity of the small fishing port. The dunes and sandy beaches, the coastal path overlooking the sea and the superb coves facing the island of Groix are just 200 metres away.

Even in winter, the wild beauty of this little corner of Brittany is breathtaking.

It's no coincidence that Gauguin settled here and found it a source of inspiration.

A HIGH LEVEL OF EQUIPMENT FOR MAXIMUM COMFORT

The villa offers a pleasant 120 m2 of living space, arranged around a bright double living room opening onto a lovely terrace and a hedged garden where the children can play (while the grown-ups enjoy the sunshine from the garden furniture). See the photos in the slideshow above...

On a single level, the rooms of the Villa follow one another: the entrance opens onto a beautiful south-facing double living room with 3 large French windows opening onto the ground-level terrace and the unoverlooked garden. The lounge area features a pretty sofa and a high-quality multimedia package (42' flat-screen TV with NETFLIX subscription, DVD, WIFI box). A fully-equipped, very recent open-plan kitchen will make cooking easier and delight the most discerning gourmets: oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine & Nespresso, kettle, toaster....

The 3 bedrooms have quality bedding for a restful night's sleep. 2 bedrooms each have a double bed, while the third has 2 single beds.

The bathroom has a double washbasin, a large shower (110x80) with natural lighting, and a heated towel rail.

Finally, a laundry room with washing machine and drying rack is accessible on the lower floor.

A GREEN AND PEACEFUL SETTING 200M FROM THE SEA

Our 500m2 garden is bright and green, with hydrangeas adding a lovely splash of colour. The mild climate means that palm trees flourish at the foot of the villa.

The Villa is in a peaceful setting, yet in the centre of Le Pouldu, close to tourist attractions. Protected from neighbourhood nuisance, the villa is separated from the other houses around it.

As for the beaches, there's something for everyone: windy for roller-bladers or calm for the more sedate, the 3 beaches are all within walking distance, and you can walk from one to the other, overlooking magnificent coves along the coastal path .... until you reach the little fishing port of Bas Pouldu at the mouth of the Laita, where you can enjoy a sumptuous seafood platter!

A MULTITUDE OF ACTIVITIES AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

The more sporty can go hiking on the fabulous GR34 or hire bikes 300m from the Villa (hire by the hour/day/week).

Villa Pen Guen is an ideal base for a host of outdoor activities:

- sailing club (lessons, children's courses, hire)
- kayak hire
- surfing, body boarding etc ... lessons and courses available
- deep-sea fishing
- discovery pass (5 activities offered every morning of the week by the tourist office: archery, mountain biking, hiking, surfing, paddle)

And in the surrounding area, within a radius of 3 to 30km, enjoy a stroll to Doelan, a small Breton fishing port, or a trip to Pont Aven to discover the painting galleries, not forgetting Concarneau, a fortified town, or the Glénans archipelago with its Polynesian-coloured waters!
