Kölpinsee belongs to the municipality of Loddin and is located between the Baltic Sea beach and the Achterwasser. The house was built in 2015.
The cosy balcony with balcony furniture faces south. Here you can relax and unwind. You can also enjoy a glass of wine here in the evening. A private outdoor car parking space is also available free of charge.
With a living space of approx. 55 m², this chic and modern accommodation offers enough space for up to four people. The spacious living area has a corner sofa, a coffee table and a satellite TV. The open-plan kitchen studio is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, (deep) fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a dining table with chairs, leaving nothing to be desired. In one of the two bedrooms there is a double bed (1.60 metres wide), a chest of drawers with mirror and a wardrobe. The children's room has a bunk bed (0.90 metres wide). The bathroom with walk-in shower and WC are separate and each equipped with a washbasin. There is (underfloor) heating in all rooms, internet is not available. You can also use a washing machine free of charge.
The flat is centrally located, especially to the beach, railway station, bakery, supermarket and restaurants. You have the opportunity to go hiking, cycling, surfing, fishing and much more. You can reach the seaside resorts of Zinnowitz, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck by bike, car or comfortably by train. Usedom offers a wide range of leisure activities and sights such as the Mellentin moated castle, Peenemünde or the butterfly farm in Trassenheide and the thermal baths in Ahlbeck.
The flat is centrally located, especially to the beach, railway station, bakery, supermarket and restaurants.
Please note that in the period from September 2017 until probably the end of April 2018, a construction project (new building) will be carried out on the communal property, which may cause temporary nuisance due to construction noise.
