Owner lives on the property. no group bookings. no youth groups.Our well-presented two-room holiday apartment is at Sinnberg, in a quiet location, a 20 to 25-minute walk from the centre of town and the healing springs.Lovely two-room apartment with practical and comfortable furnishing for 1-3 guests, in a quiet location, with Wi-Fi, a new kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a parking space.
The 50m² apartment is on the ground floor of a single-family house with a total of two holiday apartments, consisting of a living room (TV, dining table, comfortable pull-out sofa as a bed for two further people), a bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200cm and a wardrobe, a new and fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, coffee filter, stove with oven, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, crockery, tea towels, washing up liquid), and a bathroom with a bath, hairdryer, shampoo and soap. A flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, towels and bed linen are provided. Use of a washing machine is available for stays from 8 days.
The apartment has a little outdoor sitting area for use from April to October, accessed along garden stairs. There is a parking space in front of the house.
A local tourist tax is charged, payable locally. The apartment is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted outdoors. Pets are not allowed. Please note check-in from 14.00 to 21.00, check-out by 11.00. Minimum stay 3 nights.
