type of building: Multiple-family dwelling.Comfortable, quiet 2-room holiday flat (58 sqm incl. 2 terraces) for 2 people on the ground floor. Underground car park parking space included. Very quiet location directly at the spa gardens. Only 50 metres to the beach! The modern house in which the holiday flat is located was newly built in 2005. All windows have shutters.

The two terraces belonging to the holiday flat (south and south-west facing) offer you all-day sunshine and the ideal opportunity to relax thanks to their ideal location.

The large living area has a fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, egg cooker, pots, crockery and cutlery (for 12 people).
There is also a music system, cable TV and a DVD player. The dining area is furnished with a modern table, 4 comfortable chairs and a sideboard. WLAN is available and the cosy seating area with wooden table, ceiling floodlight and large sofa invites you to relax.
The light-flooded bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, as well as a large window front with access to the side terrace.

The bright and friendly bathroom has a round shower with glass doors, WC, washbasin and a side cabinet with plenty of space for your bathroom utensils. A hairdryer is also available. All windows have electric shutters.

The beautiful garden with two terraces, which promise sun from morning to evening, is equipped with 4 garden chairs, a spacious garden table, a parasol and 2 sun loungers.

The steam train "Rasender Roland" is the connection to the national railway network of the Deutsche Bahn. The small steam locomotive railway is an unmistakable part of the tourist attractions on the island of Rügen. The area around Baabe offers many beautiful sights, such as the historic Mönchgut peninsula, the Sellin pier, the chalk cliffs and much more. Baabe also has disabled-friendly beach access, disabled parking spaces, lowered kerbs and disabled toilets.place description : Baabe was first mentioned in a document in 1252 and has been a recognised "seaside resort" since 1998.
