Set in the hills above the Villa Ormond, this sunny apartment has stunning sea views from nearly every room.

This light-filled apartment is on the 1st floor of a modern residence and can sleep 4 people. The apartment has a large private balcony with a table and 4 chairs and stunning views out over the city of Sanremo and the Mediterranean Sea. Here guests can relax, sunbathe and dine al fresco, enjoying “la dolce vita”. The living/dining room has French windows onto the balcony, a sofa and a flatscreen TV. The indoor dining table seats 4 people. The separate, tiled, kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.

Bedroom: An attractive, airy bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and double doors leading out to your own private garden.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

Bathroom
The bathroom is lined with beautiful blue and white tiles, and a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The apartment is in a quiet area of Sanremo, just a 30 minute walk from the picturesque old port with its charming cobbled streets and excellent family-run restaurants. Sanremo is known for the Sanremo Music Festival which is held in late February or early March every year. The city is buzzing with famous singers and performers. There is also the Sanremo Car Rally, the Rallye Sanremo, which takes place in October. One of Europe’s classic car races, which began back in the 1920’s. The atmosphere is electric.

The covered market is a must (open every day except Sunday). Here you can buy the best local olive oil, cheeses, wines, vegetables and fruit. There is a fish market (every day except Sunday) where you can pick up the freshest catch of the day.

For a glamourous evening out, visit the Casino di Sanremo (35 minutes walk), a stunning Art Nouveau building. It is an old-style casino, which houses a theatre, restaurants and bars as well as gaming rooms.

The main beach in Sanremo, the Lido Sanremo, is a 26 minute walk from the apartment. There are many other beautiful beaches along the coast. One of the prettiest is Cala degli Orsi (10 minutes drive). Arma di Taggia (12 minutes) is another beautiful beach where you can rent sunbeds, umbrellas and pedaloes. There are also fun games for children.

The closest airport is at Nice (France) which is a 1 hour, 5 minute drive. Genoa airport is 1 hour and 35 minutes from the apartment.
