The dining area offers big fun: a table that converts to a pool and ping-pong table! Relax on the front porch with a TV. The yard is pet-friendly, and street parking is ample for guests

The space
This 1500+ sq ft, 1st-floor unit includes: A Living Room with 1 Gig Fiber Internet, a two-bed setup (Master with Cal-King), and one Full Bathroom. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer. The Dining Room features a convertible pool table. and basic exercise equipment. Outdoor spaces include a TV porch and a pet-friendly yard.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire 1st-floor apartment (over 1,500 sq ft). You may also use the covered front porch and the front/side yard.

Parking: You have one designated parking spot in the driveway. Ample free street parking is also available for guests & friends.

Note: The backyard is reserved exclusively for the 2nd-floor tenant and is not available for guest use.

Other things to note
Please respect the permanent 2nd & 3rd-floor tenant by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Pet owners must immediately pick up waste from the designated yard area. The only smoking area is the covered front porch. You get one designated parking spot; all other parking is free on the street.Also our cleaning fee goes 100% to our local professional cleaning team. We do not markup this cost. We believe in paying a living wage to the hardworking people who ensure the home is sanitized and sparkling for your arrival.
