The garden of the detached house is separated from the side street with little traffic by a high hedge. The garden provides a lovely grill area, garden furniture, a parasol and a sun lounger and is accessible through various doors from the living room and dining room. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street.
The 70m² ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a big bathroom with a shower and WC, and an open, light living and dining room, with a fully-equipped kitchen, separated off by a counter and including a dishwasher and microwave. The living room and bedroom have a flatscreen TV. Wooden stairs lead to the attic with sloped ceilings, with two further bedrooms with French double beds, and a children’s room with a single bed. There is a bathroom with a bath and WC, and there is also a separate WC in the attic.
Restaurants, a supermarket and the town centre are right nearby. The lake is a 15-minute walk away. Radolfzell is on the A81 motorway and has a train station. There are several swimming beaches nearby and the fabulous Bora sauna landscape is right by the lakeside of Radolfzell. The bordering Mettnau peninsula is partially a nature reserve with lovely hiking trails and a beautifully situated beach café on the lakeshore. Lovely trip destinations are easy to get to: Mainau Island, the town of Constance, the Hegau mountains, Affenberg in Salem, the stilt buildings in Unteruhldingen, the Stein waterfall on the Rhine…
