You will be staying in the entire ground floor, which has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and laundry facilities. Built for privacy with a separate entrance, it also gives you access to the communal garden. Located just 1 km from Vembanad Lake jetty and close to Alappuzha Beach, it’s perfect for families and groups.

Your booking is for the entire ground floor, which has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and access to the communal garden and gazebo. Privacy is ensured with a separate entrance and a lockable connecting door between floors.

The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking items, filtered drinking water is available, and eco-friendly waste management is in place. With advance notice, we can arrange cooks, tour guides, and transportation to help you explore Kerala’s backwaters, beaches, and local attractions.

For context, this is a two-story house with 6 bedrooms in total (up to 16 guests). Both floors are built for privacy and can be booked separately.
