Newly renovated 1-Bedroom guest suite with a private entrance and patio all to yourself. Relish a great cup of coffee on the tree-covered patio! Enjoy easy access (2 Blocks, short walk) to all that West Asheville has to offer, yet stay on a peaceful and quiet street. Brand new bathroom, Queen bedroom with a serene view of the garden. Bright and sunny living space with Couch, TV Viewing area and Kitchenette overlooking the garden and coy pond. Low cleaning fee! 1 small dog is welcome :) Other things to note - we live in the other part of the house and have dogs, you will hear them sometimes.
