The interior of the house is designed with your comfort in mind, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with table and four chairs, fridge, storage cupboard and worktop with drawers. The bright, welcoming living room is furnished with a dining table, four chairs, two sofas with coffee tables, and a television cabinet. On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a 90cm bed, a wardrobe, a storage cupboard, a desk with chair and an armchair. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath, washbasin, WC, storage unit, electric towel rail and washing machine; there is also an additional shower with shelving and a separate WC. On the first floor, another bedroom has a double bed (140cm), a single bed (90cm), a wardrobe and a small storage unit.

Outside, the house has an adjoining storeroom, ideal for storing wood for the fireplace or two bicycles, and includes shelving, an extra fridge and a freezer. The front of the house opens onto a terrace furnished with a table, four chairs, a small table, two armchairs, two deckchairs and a parasol. To the side, a second terrace offers a quiet space with a table, four chairs and two sun loungers.

The 3000 m2 grounds, dotted with tall pine trees, are fully fenced and gated. There's plenty of parking, a picnic table, barbecue, clothes line and even a tree house for the kids, complete with slide. This peaceful oasis is perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

The surroundings are simply stunning. Situated close to the GR223 hiking trail and the Geffosses bird observatory, the house is the ideal base for exploring the dunes towards Pirou or Gouville.
