A quick 5 minute drive to South Higgins Lake State Park and 15 minutes from Houghton lake boat launch means this cottage puts you in the middle of all the water fun! There are hundreds of miles of state land and trails to explore so bring your toys!
Redwood Golf Course is less than 4 miles away and Markey Mini Disk is 2 miles away.
Take a short drive to either downtown Higgins Lake or downtown Houghton Lake for great restaurant and bar options.
In town for a wedding at The Barn wedding venue? It's less than 1 mile away!

There are 2 queen beds and a sofa (not a pullout) for sleeping. Easily accessible from I-75 and US-127.

No Damage, Clean Up your own messes inside and out.

No Parties. Our cottage is for a calm and family oriented vacation.

Please empty all trash bins and place bags of trash outside in trash Curb Cart. Monday is trash day and guests must put the Curb Cart out for trash pickup on Sunday night or last day of stay if you are the last guest before Monday morning.

Please remove the sheets and pillow cases from the beds and leave them in a pile below the TV along with all dirty towels for laundering.
