Designed for both privacy and togetherness, this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests without feeling cramped. Five spacious bedrooms provide personal retreats, while the absence of TVs in the bedrooms encourages quality time with family and friends. Thoughtfully designed gathering spaces ensure everyone can spread out. Indoors, two separate living rooms (each with large TVs) and a game room provide plenty of space to relax. Outdoors, distinct areas allow groups to enjoy different activities without being on top of one another. The game room opens to the front yard with a basketball hoop, while the backyard features two separate patios, a fire pit set in a spacious lawn. Whether you're unwinding solo or making memories together, there's a perfect spot for everyone.

OUTDOOR FUN
The paver fire pit offers stunning lake views year-round, while the game room—complete with foosball, darts, and arcade games—keeps the excitement going. A variety of yard games add even more entertainment options.

SUMMER LAKE LIFE
Enjoy water activities and fishing on Lake Wapogasset. During the summer months, the dock accommodates one boat (tie-up) and includes a floating lounge/swim platform for soaking up the sun.

WINTER CHILL
Cold-weather adventures await with downhill skiing and tubing at Trollhaugen (10 minute drive), access to Polk County ATV/UTV & Snowmobile Trails (about 1 mile from the home), and ice fishing on Wapogasset and Bear Trap Lakes.


INDOOR COMFORT
With five bedrooms across two floors, everyone has space to unwind. The main level features three bedrooms, including a bunk room, while the lower level has two more bedrooms. Each floor has its own family room and bathroom. The main floor also includes a gas fireplace, a dining area for 12, and a well-equipped kitchen. Downstairs, you'll find a dedicated card/game area, a cozy chess nook, and a laundry room.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
The bunk room is stocked with toys and books for kids of all ages. For little ones, safety and convenience are top priorities. The home includes a built-in baby gate, plastic plates and cups, child-friendly utensils, a bottle warmer and drying rack, a white noise machine, step stools in the bathrooms, a baby monitor, a Pack ‘n Play, a highchair, and a junior chair.

I have a fairly strict cancellation policy. While I do stick to it, I am open to rescheduling your trip for comparable valued dates.

There is a detached garage that is not available to guests.
