Two renovated bathrooms add a luxurious touch with high-end finishes. You'll find premium amenities, including hand and face soap, shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion by the professional hotel brand Nefél, ensuring a truly pampered experience. The hair dryer is provided.
You'll sleep in comfort with a Vispring mattress in the master bedroom - renowned for its handcrafted quality - and rest wrapped in luxury hotel-quality bed linens and towels. All rooms, including the bedrooms and living room, are equipped with multi-split Samsung air conditioning to ensure a pleasant indoor climate throughout your stay. Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.
The laundry room is located in the attic with separate entrance one floor up from the apartment with access via communal staircase. Laundry room can be occasionally used by the landlord with advance notice to guests.
Other things to note
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (2 floors up from the street level). There is no elevator.
The garage is located 80m away from the apartment building on the first floor with access via car elevator. Max car dimensions - 1,9m x 4,9m. Max height - 1,85m. Please, note that bigger SUVs (like BMW X5 or similar) will not fit. No responsibility is assumed for the car parked in the garage.
Paid street parking is available in the vicinity of the apartment. The rate is 3€ per hour around the clock (including nighttime).
Since 01/05/2013 the Municipality of Como has introduced the city-tax. The tax amount is 3 € per person per night for the maximum of 4 nights per stay and has to be paid in cash upon arrival. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
According to local laws, guest personal information with photo ID must be provided for every person (including children) at check-in and this information will be communicated to the Local Authorities (Questura). The postal address of the main guest is required for invoicing purposes.
The maximum number of people (including children and infants), that can stay in the apartment is 7.
