House with sauna and Jacuzzi for vacation - São Pedro de Alva e São Paio de Mondego

Our house is ideal to spend a weekend or holiday with family or friends up to 19 people. We can host birthday parties, wedding anniversaries, hen parties or family meetings.
The courtyard has the possibility of parking, gas grill, a cosy pergola with sauna, jacuzzi and a swimming pool in the garden and sun loungers.
The house has 7 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, a large living room with fireplace, TV, PS5 and bar.

The space
The house is located in a small village surrounded by beautiful nature and has its own private area with parking for 4 cars, a pergola and a garden with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers. The swimming pool is open-air and is accessible during the warm season. Jacuzzi has heating and illumination and can be used all year round.
The rooms are located in a two-floor building: 2 on the ground floor and 5 rooms on the first floor.
Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with shower. The rooms have shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer, towels, bathrobes.
All rooms and common areas have air conditioning.
Each room can accommodate 2 people, 5 rooms have a double bed and two rooms have twin beds.
Additionally, for a surcharge there is the possibility of 5 more extra beds in 5 rooms. Thus the total capacity of the house is 19 people.
On the ground floor there is a mini bar with drinks and snacks, a large living room with fireplace, TV, Sony Playstation 5, board games, upholstered furniture and dining area.
We are pet friendly, so you can take your fluffy friends with you🐶
