The space
Newly-renovated accommodation in excellent condition. Exclusive flooring and material choices, floor heating in all rooms. Bathroom with both shower and a large bathtub that accommodates 2 people. Mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with filters, ensures fresh allergy-friendly air 24/7. Convector in the living room with free cooling provides cooling effect on hot days. Well-insulated house with security windows in all rooms. Since this is my own home, half the freezer and the drawers in the kitchen island will not be available as I store private food there. Towels and bedroom textiles are available to borrow. Free coffee from the coffee maker. Road noise can sometimes be heard outdoors at a distance, indoors it is completely quiet.

Guest access
The entire floor of 100 m2 with its own entrance as well as patio & lawn in accordance with the pictures. Possible to park 2 cars for free outdoors on the property.

Other things to note
The house consists of 2 separate floors with 2 completely separate flats with no internal staircase. Access to laundry room is in the second apartment.
Dog is normally in the home when not rented.
If cleaning is desired during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
