The house is inserted in a rural environment, surrounded by nature, on the slope of the boiler and with magnificent view of the sea and the islands of Pico, São Jorge and Faial.

The house has a living room, dining room, bathroom and private bedrooms.

The conditions of use of the electrical equipment available in housing such as refrigerator, washing/drying machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, television, electric oven, electric stove, and electric kettle, whenever used, will have to ensure its conservation and cleaning, during and after its use at the stay in the enterprise. The instructions for using the same appliances and their technical characteristics will be left visible. Collection and Waste Deposit: Will be placed outside the housing in the garbage crates with separation for environmental recycling. If users need bed or additional bedding seedlings will have to contact the owner. The existing stories in this house are intended exclusively for storage, not being allowed to use these by guests. The permanence of pet inside the house is not allowed except for guide dog. Smoking is not allowed inside the housing..
