Haus 1, (Laax Murschetg), 212 - Laax

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Laax Murschetg, less than 1km from the Rocksresort and the valley station. It is a cozy house in the original Graubuenden style. In summer it is a direct starting point for hikes to explore the breathtaking Grisons nature, the mountains or the surrounding lakes. In winter Laax is the destination for all ski and snowboard fans and for piste-goers - for everybody who wants to explore the unique winter landscape of Graubünden. On the ground floor is the living room with dining area and fireplace and the well equipped kitchen. On the first floor of house 1 is a very spacious room with a double bed and balcony, a smaller room with two single beds, a bath room with bath tub and bidet, and a separate toilet. In the basement is the spacious room 4 with a double bed, a shower with toilet and a laundry room. For a short trip of three days we recommend house 3.
