The promenade of Calis with tourist offices for booking excursions, nice restaurants, cafes and shops of all kinds is within easy walking distance. There is also a surf café in the immediate vicinity offering all kinds of water sports activities. Due to its location close to the beach, it is pleasantly windy even in the hot summer months. The complex is managed by Mr Bayram Yilmaz, who provides immediate assistance with all kinds of problems and can organise a transfer from the airport of arrival to the holiday complex on request.

There are a total of two balconies with sea views and a beautiful communal garden area with a large communal pool and a children's pool. The accommodation is very suitable for families with small children. The complex is surrounded by a natural stone wall.

Your holiday accommodation has a total of three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed (width 1.50 m and 1.80 m) and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin and WC. In the spacious living room you can relax on a cosy sofa set or dine together at the dining table. There is also a TV with satellite connection and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a toaster. WLAN is available and can be used free of charge.
