Guests have access to all the areas of the home except the Owners closet downstairs which is locked.
Please do not lite the woodstove downstairs. Candles present inside the woodstove can be lit for ambiance only, but please extinguish when you leave the room.

Please note: the booking guest will be required to e-sign a renter agreement on behalf of all the guests included on the reservation; this ensures the house rules have been acknowledged. Likewise, booking guests will need to complete simple guest verification process from our 3rd party vendor, Truvi, in order to provide a damage protection policy at no cost to the guest.
