THE APARTMENT
The sunny apartment offers plenty of space to accommodate up to 8 guests. is very spacious, modern and sunny, fully furnished in luxury and comfort. The apartment is located on the "Belle Etage" of a well-kept, very authentic Art Nouveau old building.

After entering the house, the nostalgic staircase will most likely take your thoughts to another, long forgotten time. Only the modern elevator reminds you of the present.

Once inside the apartment, you will be amazed by the endlessly high ceilings. In the open kitchen and living area, which connects all the rooms of the apartment, your eyes can follow the almost 6-meter-high (20 feet) wooden beams, that add to the nostalgic feeling of the modern apartment. The indirect and smart lighting creates a unique atmosphere. The central dining table can seat 8-10 people.

THE ROOMS
The feeling of "grandeur" continues in all the other rooms as well.

The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and its minimalism invites you to sleep without worries.

The second bedroom - we call it Blue-Bedroom because of its blue wall - is also equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed and promises unforgettable movie nights, thanks to its 65" TV.

The absolute highlight is probably the romantic gallery. On a second level, equipped with a 2m long wardrobe, this gem offers enough storage space for a longer stay. Get a restful sleep on the comfortable kingsize box-spring bed.

Gathering place of the apartment is probably the cozy living-room with a splendid view of Augsburg's St. Ulrich. A beautiful, listed basilica, which is one of the last great late Gothic church buildings in Swabia.

The living room also features a large 65" TV, a large sofa, further storage space and the playful lighting system that immerses the room in different atmospheres. Try it, change it, enjoy it! It's fun :)

If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal for you and your family, friends or colleagues

We provide fresh bed-linen and towels, you don't have to bring any.

If you need to wash your clothes, feel free to use the brand new washer and dryer.

You're renting the whole apartment and you will be the only one living in it. You will not be disturbed by us at all.

Parking is included in the building next door. It's an indoor, underground garage, with a max. hight of 2m.
