Dining room and the living room are situated in a big open space with large floor to ceiling windows which provide impressive city views. Big dining table that fits 6 people with comfortable chairs, flat screen TV and two luxurious and large comfortable couches as well as a long balcony overlooking the whole Baixa.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped modern kitchen with glass and mirror accents. Includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and an electric kettle. It has lots of cupboard space and all the utensils you might need for cooking and serving.

Bedrooms:
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. All rooms have air conditioning/heating as well as luxurious comfortable beds and large closets to easily unpack and feel like home! Each room has a private ensuite spacious bathroom equipped with a large glass shower. The master bedroom has a truly unique architectural layout with a floor to ceiling door and large open closet concept. It has a deluxe ensuite bathroom with glass walls and stone appliances.

Bathrooms:
The apartment has 4 bathrooms: 3 en suite attached to the rooms with a shower in each one and 1 guest bathroom adjacent to the living room. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.

There is a fully equipped office space adjacent to the living room. It has a desk and two large armchairs as well as a printer and shelves and enough space to act as a stylish and comfortable home office.

From the living room you can access an inside patio, which provides complete privacy and is equipped with a table and chairs and is a perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee or afternoon glass of wine while soaking up the sun.

Storage/ Laundry room:
Washer and dryer at your disposal together with an iron and ironing board as well as all the cleaning equipment and supplies.

Baixa, or downtown Lisbon, is the heart of the city. It is the main shopping and banking district that stretches from the riverfront to the main avenue: Avenida da Liberdade. After the earthquake of 1755 was completely rebuilt with neoclassical buildings. Nowadays it remains a very imposing and elegant district full of cafes, restaurants and pedestrian streets. Be sure to visit Rua Augusta, the famous walking street, crowned with an impressive Arch, where you can find all the international boutiques.

The tram line 15 and 28 both stop at Praça do Comércio, which is 5 min walking distance from the apartment. Praca do Rossio is 2 min away and it has a metro station and the main train station in the city. You can easily access tram stops for line 12, 15 and 25 on the adjacent Praca da Figueira. Bus, metro and tram will provide you easy communication to the entire city.
You are also walking distance from Avenida Liberdade which is considered to be the Champs Elysees of Lisbon.

There is an elevator available for your convenience as well as AC and heating in the apartment.

The apartment is self-catered. At your arrival we will provide you with complimentary basic items such as first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis thus refills and replacements are not supplied. All additional items must be acquired by the guest.

The cleaning fee which is included in the reservation only covers the cleaning at check-out. Any extra cleanings or linen changes are subject to an additional fee.

Please note that breakfast is NOT INCLUDED as this is not a serviced apartment.

A late check-in police enable us to be more organize, we are hereby stablishing extra fee for the late check-in: €30 after 6pm, 40€ after 9pm and €50 after 12am.
