The Penthouse features 3 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and 3 modern bathrooms. The living room with open kitchen opens through large sliding doors to a spacious terrace with a lounge area. The penthouse offers direct ocean views and access to the private pool. Parking is available on the resort property.
Location & Surroundings
The penthouse is located in Piscadera Bay, close to luxury resorts, fine dining restaurants, and watersport facilities. Within 10 minutes’ drive, you can reach the center of Willemstad, including Punda
and Pietermaai. Mambo Beach is slightly further away, but the calm bay and Royal Palm Resort amenities make this a private and relaxing location.
Good to Know
The penthouse is equipped with 220V European outlets. Universal adapters are easy to bring and widely available on Curaçao.
Electricity is quite expensive in Curaçao, therefore a deposit of €250, $250 or 500 XCG (local currency) is required. This can be paid in cash upon arrival. We will record the meter readings at check-in and check-out. Normal usage of 20 kWh per day is included; anything above this will be deducted from the deposit.
