Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. Integrated in the quiet village of Lluces (Lastres), with ocean and mountain views. 2.5 km from the beach and facing the Sierra del Sueve. Villaviciosa, Colunga, Gijón, Llanes, Ribadesella, ... ½ hour away. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, full bathroom and private gazebo that connects to the large fenced garden. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. It can accommodate 6 people between the 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed.

The space
The house is distributed over 2 floors. The ground floor has an open space with a full kitchen and living-dining room, with a sofa bed and TV. It also has a full bathroom with shower and washing machine and cleaning area. From this floor you can access the private porch and from there, the garden.
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom with shower.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a large window overlooking the village and the sea.
The other bedroom has 2 single beds and overlooks the village and garden.

Guest access
This home enjoys a large garden, which is shared with the guests of 2 other annexed houses that are part of the same ensemble called Llucesd 'Ithaca.
The garden is fully fenced and within it there is parking area (one square per house), barbecue and playground.
