Guests will have full private access to the entire basement suite through a separate private entrance with convenient self check-in using a keyless smart lock. We kindly ask all guests to treat our home with care and respect.

- No parties or events are permitted.
- No business activities are allowed on the property, including having clients or frequent visitors coming and going.
- Age policy: If a group of guests is under 19, ID verification may be required at check-in. Families traveling together are welcome and do not require verification.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the suite or anywhere on the property.

Any violation of these rules may result in a $500 penalty, which will be processed through Airbnb.
