The apartment features a little terrace with garden furniture and a shared playground with a giant trampoline, a table tennis table, a room with a pool table and a grill area.
The non-smoking apartment, which consists of two rooms, comprises 35m² of living space and can accommodate two to three people. The entrance area has a wardrobe and cloakroom space. Next to it there is a bathroom with a shower, WC, hairdryer and towel radiator. The entrance area also provides access to the living, dining and sleeping room with a cooking space. It has a sofa bed (155 x 75cm) and a flatscreen TV with digital satellite channels. The sleeping area with two separate single beds (90 x 200cm) and a dresser (103 x 43 x 38cm) is slightly separated from the lounge area by a half wall. The dining space has three chairs and an extendable table and affords a wonderful view of the meadows. The kitchen unit is equipped with four cooking rings, an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
The next largest locality has shopping facilities and a swimming pool 12km away. There is a lake with a sandy beach about 2km away. You can go on hikes and cycle trips from the doorstep or on trips into the picturesque Elbe valley plain less than 10km away. Lüneburg with its historical centre is 39km away. You can also go on a trip to Hamburg (90km).
