The windows are equipped with blackout curtains, but you might want to keep them open, as from your bed you have a direct view of the Oosterschelde—a unique experience! Both from this bedroom and the living room, you have direct access to the north-facing garden with a view over the Oosterschelde.</P><P>The bedroom on the harbor side is next to the kitchen and is equipped with a double bed with two single mattresses (180x200cm / 2x 90x200cm), two nightstands with lighting, a wardrobe, and a TV. From both the bedroom and the kitchen, you step out onto the balcony (17.4 m2) with a complete garden set for 6 people, where you can overlook the harbor of Sint-Annaland. This south-facing balcony guarantees lovely moments in the sun.</P><P><Strong>Luxurious Living by the Water</Strong></P><P>The bathroom is modernly designed and features a walk-in shower (with a rain shower and hand shower), a sink with a mirror, and a hairdryer. The toilet with a small sink is located outside the bathroom.</P><P>For the little ones, a (foldable?) crib (60x120cm) and a high chair are available. In the basement closet, there is a washing machine, and there is also a storage room with an electrical outlet for storing, for example, bicycles. A parking space is included with the apartment.
