The Villa has four bedrooms with Ensuite bathrooms (one room with freestanding bathtub), each room with balcony/terrace and sea views. The light-flooded house offers you a fantastic view of the Sea as well as the islands of Hvar and Brac. In addition, the modern Villa is equipped with air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating, Sonos Sound system, Wi-Fi, a state-of-the-art open kitchen, living room with fireplace, Dalmatian-style Konoba with small kitchen, professional gym, covered barbecue area and laundry room. The House has several terraces on all three levels. The terraces are equipped with garden chairs, Garden loungers and a set of dining tables. The entire property is walled.

The ground floor consists of the following rooms: a living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable leather couch, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and stove, oven, coffee maker and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and Ensuite bathroom, guest toilet. The ceiling in the living room is 3.20 m high. On the first floor there are three bedrooms each with their own Ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
