It is located in Arico, a quiet village, with all the necessary services within easy reach, six kilometres from the beach and in the midlands of the island, well located halfway to both the south and the north of the island. A house with gardens, barbecues and swimming pool that has all the comforts available at your fingertips.
There are gardens with various seating areas, with outdoor furniture at your disposal, plus a large swimming pool which is shared with only one other flat on the same property. The entire plot is fenced and there is total privacy. There is a driveway with parking for your use. There are several barbecues around the property and one complete with oven right next to the pool.
The house is fully furnished. All bed linen is provided, with four pillows for each double bed. We also provide towels for bath and pool/beach.
The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV with satellite TV, fireplace and all the necessary equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owners are at your disposal for any request you may have. The village is well known for the many outdoor activities on offer. Climbing and cycling are two of the sports that attract thousands of people from all over the world to our village every year. Because of its beauty, climate, nature and facilities, Arico is an ideal place to enjoy your free time in peace and quiet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: tea towels, tea towels, tablecloths, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, juicer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster... and an endless number of facilities that we put at your disposal to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The island is full of practicable beaches of different types. The nearest beach is 6 kilometres away by direct road. Arico is a small village but with all needs covered. At 300 metres there is a health centre where you will be able to attend to any incident that may arise. Also, just 200 metres from the house, there is a pharmacy, restaurants/bars, bakery, butcher, florist, supermarkets and banks.
Everything necessary for the little ones to be comfortable is at the disposal of the guests who require it. We have a cot, specific bedding, high chair, suitable dishes and cutlery and even toys :) No stag or hen parties, parties or events are allowed in this accommodation. Pets are not allowed. We speak Spanish, English, German and Dutch (and we are learning French and Russian). For anything else, we are at your disposal.
