The house has three floors.

In the ground floor we find the living-dining room, very spacious, the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, microwave, oven and dishwasher. On the same floor there are two double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds) and two bathrooms with bathtub.

On the first floor there is a small hall with access to the terrace and three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, all with dressing rooms.

On the first floor there is a gym and two quadruple bedrooms (one with a double bed and two single beds, the other with three single beds and a large sofa bed) with shared bathroom with shower.

The finca is located 7 km away from the village of Santanyí, which is located in the eastern part of Mallorca.

The house is located 7 km from Santanyí and 15 km from Cala Santanyí, where you have the opportunity to enjoy the beach, swim in the coves and sail in its waters.

You can reach nearby unspoilt beaches on the east coast of Mallorca.

In Santanyí and the surrounding area you can enjoy the typical Mallorcan gastronomy. Agricultural products, combined mainly with pork and less frequently with lamb or veal, result in delicious dishes.
