House 3 has four bedrooms for two people each: two rooms with double beds, one room with two single beds and one room with bunk beds. Fireplace in the living room and garden seating area. 10 minutes' walk to the cable car, restaurants, bars and various shops (VOLG supermarket). More supermarkets and stores can be found in Flims and Laax, both are only about 8 minutes away by car (or post bus).1 GB Internet/WLAN connection. You will be amazed.The house is located in a quiet residential area in Laax Murschetg, less than 1km from the Rocksresort and the valley station. It is a cozy house in the original Graubündner style. In summer it is a direct starting starting point for hikes to explore the breathtaking Grisons nature, the mountains or the surrounding lakes. In winter Laax is the destination for all ski and snowboard fans and for piste-goers - for everybody who wants to explore the unique winter landscape of Graubuenden.On the ground floor of house 1 is the living room with dining area and fireplace and the well equipped kitchen. On the first floor of house 1 is a very spacious room with a double bed and balcony, a smaller room with two single beds and room 3 with a bunk bed and a vanity, a bath room with bath tub and toilet, and a separate toilet.
