The Parrot Villa, only 8 minutes walk from the village of Cotignac, on the heights, is very well located. You will never tire of this magnificent view day and night.
The air-conditioned house, which covers 140 m2, is on one level with 3 large double bedrooms (160x200 with thick and good quality mattresses, one bed is equipped with a system to raise the leg or head part). 2 bedrooms have a view of the village of Cotignac and its surroundings (the Bessillon, Notre-Dame de Graces, and the Provence Verte).
The private infinity pool, treated with chlorine, has a view of Cotignac, the dimensions are 9m x 3.70m depth 1.70m.
The kitchen is well equipped: breakfast set (coffee maker, toaster, and kettle), dishwasher, fridge and freezer and other small appliances. The washing machine.
Outside, on the terrace, the gas plancha will allow you to cook your fish, meat and vegetables. The terrace is the ideal place throughout the day for your meals, aperitifs while enjoying the view, and sometimes the music of the open-air concerts in the village in summer.
A terrace corner with sunbeds for 2 with a panoramic view of the village will be the ideal place for a nap or a good read (many books available).
