Very pleasant holiday home located in a quiet area, clear view, nearby neighbourhood but without overlooking, 10 minutes walk from the village.
The house, with its 4 bedrooms, is built on 2 levels:
- Upstairs: 1 master suite with private bathroom and toilet (180×200 bed) and 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds each (one of these rooms is more suitable for young children), 1 additional bathroom, 1 separate toilet,
- On the ground floor: 1 bedroom equipped with 2 single beds and its 1 private bathroom with toilet,
- Open kitchen onto the living room, all amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine
- Lounge equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, Hi-Fi system, internet access via WI-FI,
- Outdoor gas barbecue

A carefully landscaped garden: 6000 m2 facing South/South-West, private parking.

- With direct access to the kitchen, the dining area is sheltered by a lovely pergola where a wisteria grows,

End of stay cleaning is mandatory, an intermediate cleaning can be considered upon request.
