On the ground floor, an inviting hallway welcomes you, leading to a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven. Directly adjacent are a living room, a dining room, and two bedrooms. From the kitchen, you can access the lovingly designed outdoor area, where a large dining area and a barbecue spot invite you to enjoy Mediterranean delicacies outdoors.The first floor houses two separate bedrooms, each with its own access, which creates additional privacy. The larger bedroom offers a living area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a magnificent view of the surroundings – the perfect place to relax and unwind.The outdoor area of the finca is a true highlight. An expansive green area in front of the house invites outdoor activities, while the large pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, ensures refreshing moments. Additionally, an outdoor bathroom with a shower is available to maximise comfort.The Finca Can Nin combines tranquillity and relaxation with proximity to Santanyí, where you can explore charming lanes, visit the popular weekly market, or experience the Mallorcan way of life in local restaurants.Please note: The house is equipped with an alarm and camera system, which remains deactivated during your stay. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to contact us.IMPORTANT!According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax.
