About the area:
Located in the authentic and humble neighbourhood of Las Flores, with little influx of tourists and surrounded by Spanish families. In addition, the Parador area offers easy access to a variety of popular restaurants, such as the legendary Bar/Restaurant La Puntilla or El Velero, known for their delicious tapas. The Rincón de Encarni café, a meeting point for tourists and locals alike is only a 4-minute walk away.

Supermarket:
You can easily walk to the Coviran supermarket, which is only 400 metres away. In addition, Mercadona, a large and well-stocked grocery shop, is 600 metres away. Just 50 metres away there is a typical neighbourhood greengrocer and supermarket.

The nearest beach:
Just 600 metres away you find the well-known Playa del Carabeillo beach and Burriana beach is 700 metres away, a paradise that boasts multiple Blue Flags, a recognition of its high standards of cleanliness and safety.
