For a smooth arrival, we use a trusted platform called SuiteOp. You will receive a personalized link with simple, step-by-step instructions for the check-in process. The concierge desk is available 24/7, except on Sundays and Mondays. For arrivals after 11 PM on those days, the garage staff will assist with check-in.
Please Note: Each unit is limited to one key/fob, and we are unable to issue extras. Fobs will not grant access to amenity spaces outside of their designated hours.

While we are not on-site, our support team is readily available through the booking platform to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. Background Check & ID Verification: To comply with building security regulations, a verification process is required before check-in. The primary guest must provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, and pass a secure criminal background check (no SSN required). The secondary guest must also provide a government-issued ID. You will receive a secure link to complete this. Failure to complete the verification will result in cancellation without a refund.
Damage Waiver: Guests have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit (a hold on your credit card) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
Check-In: The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and present a valid ID. For arrivals on Sunday or Monday after 11 PM, you must notify us by 8 PM on your check-in day to arrange key pickup.
Apartment Appearance: The photos are representative of the apartment's style and quality. The specific layout, decor, and view may vary slightly.
Consumables: We provide an initial starter supply of consumables (like toilet paper and coffee). Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay.
Amenity Availability: Building amenities are managed by the property and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other circumstances beyond our control. We cannot guarantee their availability.
Smoke-Free Unit: Our unit is 100% smoke-free. However, please be aware that marijuana is legal in Ohio. Occasional odors in common areas of the building are possible and beyond our control.
Packages: The building management does not accept or hold packages for guests. Please arrange for deliveries to be held at a local carrier facility.
Smart TV: You are welcome to log into your personal streaming service accounts. Please remember to log out before you check out.
Security: For your safety, security cameras are located in the building's outdoor areas and indoor common spaces (such as hallways and the lobby). There are no cameras inside the apartment.
