(กรุณาอ่านก่อนเข้าพักทุกครั้งนะคะ)
1. ผู้เข้าพักต้องดูแลและรับผิดชอบทรัพย์สินภายในบ้าน หากเกิดความเสียหาย ผู้เข้าพักต้องชดใช้ตามจริง
2. หากต้องการใช้บริการแม่บ้านเพิ่มเติม คิดค่าบริการครั้งละ 500 บาท
3. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในบ้าน หากฝ่าฝืนปรับ 1,000 บาท
4. ห้ามทำเสียงดังรบกวนเพื่อนบ้าน โดยเฉพาะหลังเวลา 00.00 น. หากฝ่าฝืนปรับ 2,000 บาท
5. ห้ามเคลื่อนย้ายหรือยกเฟอร์นิเจอร์ออกนอกบริเวณบ้าน
6. ห้ามนำอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม หรือแก้วลงในสระว่ายน้ำ (หากฝ่าฝืนปรับ 500 – 2,000 บาท)
7. ห้ามปาร์ตี้ ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ หรือส่งเสียงดังเกินควร
8. หากมีผู้เข้าพักเกินจำนวนที่แจ้งไว้ คิดเพิ่มคนละ 500 บาท/คน/คืน
9. ห้ามนำถ่าน ผ้าห่ม หรือผ้าขนหนูของบ้านออกนอกพื้นที่ หากสูญหาย ปรับผืนละ 500 – 1,000 บาท
10. Check-out เกินเวลา ปรับชั่วโมงละ 300 บาท (เว้นแต่ตกลงล่วงหน้า)
11. หากต้องการเตียงเสริม คิดเพิ่ม 1 ชุดต่อคืน (ตามราคาที่ตกลง)

(ค่าบริการครั้งละ 100 บาท ต่อการเรียก 1 ครั้งในช่วงกลางวัน)
