St George Island townhome- 1 bedroom(plus sofa sleeper)/1 bathroom (walk in shower) located on the east end of the island at 300 Ocean Mile. It has been updated with coastal decor and furniture. You can enjoy gulf views from two private decks. The beach and pool easily accessible from the community boardwalks.

Kitchen and living area is an open concept offers comfortable seating with a queen sofa sleeper, complete with a smart TV. Balcony with gate off of the living room, views towards the Gulf and pool side. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook those gourmet meals, Keurig Coffee maker and a dining table that will seat 4. There is a laundry closet with a small sized washer and dryer located off the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and private balcony with gulf and bay views. The bathroom has been recently remodeled with a large walk in shower.

This townhome if perfect for a couple or a smally family and is pet friendly. As a guest of Ocean Mile community, you will have access to two community pools, park style charcoal grills, community boardwalks and close to the island bike path and State Park.
