VILLA DESCRIPTION

Designed by A49, this 2,800 sqm property offers you the chance to experience Samui from a bird’s eye view. The villa and its 17m infinity pool face Chaweng Noi Beach, offering panoramic sights of white sand, crystal-clear water and the distant islands.

This luxury villa gets its name from the trees nearby; Kelapa means coconut in the Malay language. Designed to blend into its spectacular surroundings, this glass house appears to float above the hill slopes. The ceiling and decking are clad in local Balau wood, as a nod to the villa’s tropical context.

You’ll love the stylish living and dining areas, which are tastefully furnished with B&B Italia, Poltrona Frau and more designer brands. An outdoor dining area and kitchen are a perfect venue for barbecue meals, which can be staffed by a private chef upon request. Plus, enjoy the Alfred-like butler services at this fully-staffed property; the villa team will faithfully attend to your needs throughout your stay.

Seek out the spa and steam room, or the entertainment den in the basement for pure relaxation. FLOORS
- Kelapa House occupies four floors:
- Ground Floor: Four bedrooms, including the master bedroom, and gym facilities.
- Lower Second Floor: Main entrance, main dining area, air-conditioned living room, fully equipped kitchen, and infinity pool.
- Lower Third Floor: Media room.
- Lower Fourth Floor: Massage beds/spa & garden.

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING
- The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults.
- Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional daybeds can be arranged for this property.

LIVING AREAS
- The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area. There’s also an outdoor dining near the pool.

ENTERTAINMENT
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa, along with a dedicated media room equipped with wide screen, LG sound system in the living room, 75-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime streaming in the common area, and Sonos Bluetooth speakers. Along with a selection of board games.

KITCHEN & DINING
- The kitchen is equipped with Oven, refrigerators, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave oven, freezer, stove, wine fridge, wine cellar, water dispenser, dishwasher and essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses.
- The main indoor dining area features a rectangular table that seats 10 guests, with 12 additional seats at the outdoor dining area and 10 more at the kitchen counter.

- The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

WELLNESS
- The villa features a dedicated area for gym facilities, a sauna, and a steam room. Yoga mats and massage beds are provided, and additional yoga lessons can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. In-villa treatments are also available upon request (extra charge).

FACILITIES
- The villa has a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter, CCTV coverage. Wake up call service available upon request.

PARKING
Sufficient parking space is available for 2 cars.

FOR FAMILIES
- Baby cot and high chair is available upon request (extra charge).
- Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
- Pool fences are available on request at extra charge.
- Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

POOL AREA
- Saltwater Pool measures 17m x 1.35m x 5.5m;
- Has a shallow end for kids;
- The pool is set to a normal temperature;
- There are four sunbeds;
- Pool towels are provided.
