type of building: Detached house. size of property: 5500m².This charming farmhouse is located just outside Cas Concos. The slightly elevated position allows beautiful views over the countryside and hills. Cas Concos is located in the south-east of the island, about 60 km from Palma. In the small village you can find a few grocery shops as well as well-known restaurants. For larger supermarkets you have to drive to Felanitx (8 km) or Santanyí (9 km). In Felanitx there is a market on Sundays and in Santanyí on Wednesdays and Saturdays, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. The small fishing harbour of Cala Figuera is 15 km away. The sandy beaches of Cala Mondragó (15 km) or Cala sa Nau (13 km) are also within easy reach.
The finca "Era des Pou" is a typical country farmhouse, nestled in a 5500 m² plot of land, 1000 m² of which is laid out as a garden with bougainvillea, hibiscus, palm trees and oleander. Large wooden doors lead from the partially covered terrace with brick barbecue into the large living/dining room. The room is furnished for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped for holiday use. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, and a separate bathroom. The large partially covered terrace allows a great view over the garden and pool and the landscape spreading out in front of you.
Beautiful partially covered terrace with furniture. To the side is a barbecue hut with a brick barbecue area, sink and small bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine. A staircase leads to the pool with natural stone terrace and sun loungers. Parking is available on the property.
