type of building: Detached house. size of property: 1000m².This beautiful holiday home is located in a small street, close to two beautiful bays with fine sandy beaches, Cala Esmeralda at only 250 m and Cala Gran at 500 m distance. The centre of Cala d'Or (700 m) can be reached in a 10 to 15 minute walk. The heart of this lively tourist resort is a pedestrianised area with an almost endless choice of restaurants, bars with live music and boutiques. The exclusive marina with its terraced restaurants, which offer a beautiful view of the white yachts returning from their day trips, can be easily reached in 5 minutes by car or taxi. Cala d'Or offers a wide range of water sports, and a trip along the beautiful coast of south-east Mallorca is also worthwhile. Stops are made at the most beautiful bays and the idyllic fishing villages of Porto Petro and Porto Colom, and after an exploration or a refreshing swim you can board the next boat to continue your journey.
Acebuche is a beautiful Ibizan-style house, airy and with plenty of natural light, covered terraces and a large garden with lawns. The house is divided into two floors, plus a "casita" (small cottage) by the pool with a small bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite shower and a small covered terrace. On the ground floor of the main house is the open-plan living and dining area with cosy sofas and a dining table. The living area leads out onto a large covered terrace and the garden. The well-equipped kitchen also leads to the outside area. The ground floor also has three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds each, both with access to the covered terrace. The two bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with two showers. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom and has access to the terrace overlooking the pool. The upper floor houses a large bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing area. There is direct access to the roof terrace from the bedroom. There is further access to the roof terrace via the garden.
The house has a large, well-kept garden with tall palm trees and old pine trees that provide shade in pleasant proportions. To the side of the house is a lovely area with a large covered terrace, sofas for chilling out and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The garden area, where the beautiful child-safe pool with brick steps (10m x 5m - saltwater pool) and outdoor shower is located, offers another terrace for sunbathing with deckchairs and another small table with chairs. A lovely place to enjoy the long summer days or read a good book. A brick-built outdoor barbecue can be used. The pool fence is fixed and cannot be removed
All bedrooms as well as the living and dining area have hot/cold air conditioning with set times of use (14:00 to 16:00 and 21:00 to 08:00). The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, final cleaning and utilities (electricity, water, gas). A first high chair and a first cot (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge.
