Luxury family-friendly holiday home located on Villapark de Oesterbaai in Wemeldinge (Zeeland) on the Oosterschelde. 200 metres from the beach. Spacious enclosed garden where you can relax and enjoy the nice weather and BBQ. Playground and football field 50 metres away.

The house is fully equipped. With an open kitchen equipped with 4 burner hob, oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and of course a coffee machine (Senseo).

The living room has a dining table with 6 chairs and a high chair. 2 And 3 person sofa, and a space comfortable armchair. The house has cable TV on a 38" plasma TV.

There is a toilet in the hall and the stairs take you to the landing on the 1st floor. On the first floor are the three bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom with a double bed (180x200). The 2nd bedroom with two single beds (80x200), and the 3rd bedroom with bunk beds (2x 90x200).

The bathroom has a bath and a separate rain shower, and of course a sink.

Of course you can get a breath of fresh air on the dike, you can see it from the garden, just walk down the street (100m) and you are there. Behind the dike are the 2 beaches, even in summer with 35 degrees there is still enough space here to sunbathe and chill. The harbour is within walking distance, and there is always something to do in the village.

With Goes at 5km, you can also enjoy a trip into town. Goes has a nice authentic city centre with almost all major retail chains.

Just outside the park is a Bistro with cafeteria. Great if you don't feel like cooking for once :)
