The accommodation The house has a private garden with outdoor shower to remove sand from the sea, covered veranda with table and chairs so it will be pleasant to dine outdoors. Internally there is a large living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kattle and all the accessories that we usually find in our homes, there is a comfortable sofa bed for two singles in the living room, in front of the flat tv with tv-sat, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, linen and soaps, a double bedroom with cot. all linen is included. Our house is in a perfect location for those who want to have a car-free holiday, trips to beaches and shops are possible in a few minutes walk.

Very close to the beach La Cinta can be easily reached on foot along Via Alghero (tree-lined and shady street) alternatively you can walk along Via Alghero and Via del Tirreno, the road is even shorter, moreover in the last stretch you will find in addition to hotels of refreshment places. Also nearby, there is a small playground for children, open all year round and free of charge. There are slides, swings, and comfortable benches where parents can relax under the foliage of the trees. Close to the countryside and the San Teodoro Lagoon, which can be visited on horseback or by boat. Nearby there are many services, there are two markets at a distance of about 100 metres, one of which is on the road back from the beach, some of which stay open until over midnight in high season. A slightly longer walk and you arrive at Ambra Night, a disco on the beach, and Luna, a disco on the hill. Its position is strategic and very desirable as it is very central, the small and quiet residence in which it is located allows you to spend a comfortable and relaxing holiday.Excellent starting point to the most beautiful destinations of Gallura, Costa Smeralda and Sardinia. You will receive all kinds of information and assistance on site.
