Enjoy a break from everyday life in Werdenfelser Land at the foot of the Wetterstein Mountains with Germany's highest mountain, the Zugspitze.
This spacious 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor was completely modernised in 2021.
High-quality furnished apartment with the latest technology such as rain sensor-controlled skylights, digital access system, flat-screen SMART TV, free WiFi and air purifier.
The apartment has a double bed and also a comfortable sofa bed for two adults, a cosy corner seat with large dining table and a spacious, walk-in closet with attached attic room.
New, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher.

Opposite the apartment door, there's a fully covered south-facing balcony for private use.

The host family, Tobias Wurm and Michaela with son Maximilian, as well as senior heads Christiane and Joachim are on-hand at any time for a personal conversation with our guests. Whether it's tips for the next hiking, skiing, mountain biking or cycling tour, we share our favourite activities and insider tips with our guests. We can also help with planning trips to our regional attractions or cultural events.
In the house itself there is the possibility of attending singing bowl events with Christiane, such as singing bowl meditation or singing bowl workshops. Furthermore, singing bowls can be tested individually.
Our goal is to make your stay so enjoyable that you'll simply have to come back.

By taking the Riessersee footpath that leads directly past the house, you can reach, after a 2-minute walk to the south, a waterfall fed from the Riessersee lake above; going north, you can quickly reach the lively town centre of Garmisch.
Our Haus Alpklang in the Olympic town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen offers you the best relaxation at any time of year. The cross-country ski trail between the Olympic ski stadium and the neighbouring town of Grainau is only 20m from the house. The Hausberg valley station of Garmisch-Classic is 800m away; your cycling, mountain biking or hiking tours start right from your doorstep without having to move the car.
